	Lee Marlow Lee has more than 25 years manufacturing experience across the aerospace, automotive, defence and machine tool sectors, holding a number of senior positions including Account Manager and Technical Manager. Lee has worked with a variety of blue chip clients within the automotive, aerospace, white goods and food industries in the UK, Italy, Poland, Romania, Hungary, USA and China.
	Simon Rush Simon has more than 20 years’ experience across manufacturing & new product introduction in the automotive sector, holding a number of senior positions. Simon has worked with a number of blue chip clients within the automotive, white goods, food, electrical & Locks industries in the UK, Italy, Germany, Czech Rep, Sweden, Poland, Romania, India & Indonesia.
	Darren James Darren has 15 years’ experience within Production & Change Management, including Six Sigma. Darren has worked as a successful Production Manager at PP and also managed PP’s in-house training school before joining the PP Business Improvement team.
	Joanna Fisher A Six Sigma Green Belt, with over 5 years experience of managing change at PP, Joanna has delivered successful training solutions to a number of external clients. Joanna has previous work experience in Production and Customer Services.
